At AhadMoto, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our apparel in the work space or on the field, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your AhadMoto.com purchase, for reasons that concern TPlus, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.
*Because customized and personalized TPlus products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

RETURN BY MAIL
We are sorry that things didn’t go as expected. Please visit your nearest CARGO office and ship the order back to our head office. As soon as we receive your shipment, someone from customer care will contact you; your return process will start.
EXCHANGE
Need to make a change? 2 pieces motorbike packs/one piece motorbike packs are not exchangeable. Other products are exchangeable. You may return your product within 15 days and contact our customer care center for exchange or full credit.
NOTE: Customer has to pay the delivery charges while returning the product.
REFUND
We will process your refund within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method . You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. In case of a debit or credit card, a credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to process.
PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM
If you believe you have received a defective AhadMoto product that was purchased online within the last 15 days, please contact our customer care center, our representative will guide you through the process.
